Samy Amanatullah holds an MA in Human Rights and Democratization from the Global Campus – European Inter-University Center for Human Rights and Democratization, as well as a BA in Linguistics from UCSB, with a focus on sociocultural linguistics. Before joining Dui Hua, he worked as an editor, linguist, and human rights practitioner. His research interests include disinformation, narrative analysis, humans rights defenders, and pedagogy campaigns as they relate to civil society space. As Senior Manager, Publications & Programs, he oversees Dui Hua publications and grants as well as supporting Dui Hua’s special programs and strategy.
